4. Find someone to assist you in reaching your goals.

A lot has been proven to show that beginners in training programs consistently have superior results when they work with a fitness professional. Check a weight loss forum to see what the people there think.

5. Do a quote of the day and read it to motivate you to push yourself to a better life every day. These quotes will inspire you to reach for things out of the ordinary, knowing that they are possible.

Here is a good starter that you can use to inspire you in the morning. Be happy about the positive improvements in your life and in your body. If you keep up the good work you can be a role model for other people to follow.

Feeling you get from being a positive example in this world will help make all your efforts worthwhile.
